
Project Executive (HQ Based)

- Support the project manager in overseeing the construction process from inception to completion, ensuring timely achievement of all project milestones.
- Manage daily operations and collaborate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless coordination.
- Support the project manager in tracking and managing project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient execution and delivery.
- Support the project manager in reviewing and verifying work progress claims, delivery orders (DO), and invoices, as well as obtaining approvals for issuing purchase orders (PO), resolutions, and official letters.
- Arrange and maintain meeting schedules, record minutes, ensure proper documentation filing, and familiarize yourself with contract documents and construction drawings.
- Assist in managing daily documentation for construction activities, oversee material submissions, and facilitate sample approvals.
- Liaise with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and authorities for documentation release matters.
- Draft correspondence letters as required.
- Support in planning and conducting project site inspections and coordinating regular site meetings.
- Act as a liaison and attend site meetings with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the superior.
- A minimum qualification of SPM/"O" Level, Diploma/Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, M&E Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Sustainable and Renewable Energy, or any related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in construction management or project development, preferably with experience in large-scale retail, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
- Experience working with MNCs or on international projects is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and technologies.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Office, MS Project, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, or similar) and design tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Malay, with proficiency in Japanese preferred.
