1. Responsibilities -To prepare and develop marketing plan for the designated products, agencies and principals in line with the Company's as well as the Principals' objectives - To constantly develop and recommend appropriate sales, advertising and promotional activities for designated product lines, agencies or Principals. - To identify appropriate channels of distribution for each and every product line and draw up penetration strategies to gain support - To gather market intelligence and conduct regular market visits - To track and analyze brand performance and brand health through in-market sales. Recommend corrective actions to address areas of concerns - To constantly survey the market and analyze competitors' activities and new entrants - To maintain good public relationship with Principals as well as ensuring excellent customers relationship and rapport in order to achieve and maintain the Company's image 2. Qualification / Experience Requirement -Diploma / Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent - At least 3 - 5 years of management working experiences in FMCG industry - Required languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia - Good interpersonal skill, analytical and communication skills - Computer literate with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power Point, etc - Possess strong marketing knowledge and presentation skills Show more Show less
