- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement effective trade marketing programs and promotions aligned with overall business objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of channel-specific campaigns, including point-of-sale materials, merchandising guidelines, and promotional mechanics.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and optimize trade marketing strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders (Sales, Brand Marketing, Supply Chain) and external partners (retailers, distributors).
- Ensure all trade marketing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience in trade marketing within the FMCG industry is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret market data effectively.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams (proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage).
