The Trade Marketing Assistant Manager will oversee the planning and execution of trade marketing strategies to drive product visibility and sales growth within the FMCG industry. This role requires strong coordination with sales and marketing teams to deliver effective campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement effective trade marketing programs and promotions aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of channel-specific campaigns, including point-of-sale materials, merchandising guidelines, and promotional mechanics.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and optimize trade marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders (Sales, Brand Marketing, Supply Chain) and external partners (retailers, distributors).
  • Ensure all trade marketing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in trade marketing within the FMCG industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret market data effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams (proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • A results-driven approach with attention to detail and organizational skills.
