  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in trade marketing or sales within the FMCG industry (experience in trade marketing across the General Trade channels is an added advantage).
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate market data and campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software is an advantage.
