
Assistant Manager, Trade Marketing (FMCG)

- Perform tracking update for promotion executions based on agreed timeline and provide timely feedback on what's working well and what's not during execution for immediate rectification.
- Perform post-evaluation of all national campaigns, including in-store promotion initiatives.
- Provide competitor information ie. Prepare and update monthly Pricing Tracker & Promotion Mechanics, new product launches, give update on any new competitor trade promotion activities etc.
- Work closely with KAM and merchandisers to ensure timely placement of marketing materials in-store (POSM/Promo price up on time, promo stock availability)
- Work closely with DKSH Client Management & VAS team to ensure Co-packing and product rework (stickering) is being done on a timely basis to meet trade selling plans.
- Work with Marketing to update on Must Sell SKU (MSS) for respective Channels on a need basis.
- Work with Channel Leads & DKSH National Sales Managers/Key Account Managers to develop Channel exclusive promotions to drive sales /close sales gaps.
- Minimum three years' experience in a similar role
- Demonstrate strong understanding of clients' industry/business/products
- Demonstrate communication skills
- Proven project management skills
- Strong analytical background and knowledge of statistical analysis methods
- Degree in Business Studies/Marketing/Economics or a related discipline.
