- Instrumental in shaping brand vision and entire category, from short to long term strategies that continually resonates with the market.
- Responsible over both P&L and A&P budgets.
- Stronghold in consumer insights Nielsen and Kantar to extrapolate, analyse, integrate data to determine action plans, identify opportunities in innovation and renovation, while keeping abreast with market trends.
- Ensure succession planning for both innovation and renovation from concept testing, packaging down to pricing.
- Drive brand experience by understanding the nature of the brand, exploring top line and grass roots activations essentially covering all communication touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with commercial team to drive meaningful brand promotions to satisfy consumer expectations.
- Accountable over brand performance report, navigating with various stakeholders.
- Lead and enrich a high performing team.
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 10 years with leadership capabilities in brand management within the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
