- Collaborate closely with various teams including Business Analysts, Infrastructure, Deployment, and Vendors.
- Manage vendor resources effectively to ensure high utilization and quality outcomes.
- Drive innovation to enhance platform capabilities and develop configuration frameworks.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring productivity.
- Implement solutions considering functionality, data security, integration, and performance.
- Produce detailed design documents and adhere to development standards.
- Analyze performance tests and address technical issues promptly.
- Train and manage technical team members while leading multi-vendor teams.
- Guide project teams in issue resolution to meet requirements and timelines.
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 developer, focusing on Customer Engagement or Customer Onboarding modules.
- Proficient in coordinating deployments and troubleshooting deployment issues.
- Skilled in performing code reviews and implementing code merge strategies.
- Capable of providing guidance to vendors on code issues and refactoring changes.
- Experienced in working closely with vendors, including managing both local and remote developers.
- Previous experience leading a team of developers.
- Strong exposure to a wide range of technologies including BMC Control M, Oracle Wallet, PPRC, Data Guard, Kafka, Zookeeper, Spark, JBoss, WebLogic, WebSphere, IBM MQ, Apache, HTTP, Kerberos, HDFS, HBase, and Hive.
