  • Spearhead crucial initiatives aimed at fostering the growth of the MS D365 CRM practice.
  • Lead sales and enablement endeavors related to MS D365 CRM.
  • Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions for complex issues, collaborating with both customers and third-party partners.
  • Direct MS D365 CRM prototyping, system demonstrations, and proof of concept exercises to support business development activities.
  • Align CRM requirements with MS D365 CRM product capabilities.
  • Translate requirements to the technical team, generating development tasks and validating designs.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deliver training sessions for clients.
  • Produce comprehensive CRM documentation such as FIT Gap Documents, Traceability Matrix, BRDs, FRDs, FDDs, Test Cases, and Cut Over Plans.
  • Possess a deep understanding of D365 business processes across marketing, sales, service, and field service domains.
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience in D365 CRM configuration including workflow creation, business rule setup, form customization, view management, and field configuration.
  • Familiarity or experience with data migration processes and methodologies within implementation projects.
  • Proficiency in understanding functional landscapes and integration scenarios.
  • Implement modifications to Business Process Flows.
  • Knowledge or experience with PowerApps and Flows is considered an added advantage.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, Commerce, Sales and Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of pertinent experience.
  • Certification in Microsoft D365 CRM.
  • Proficiency in configuration and customization within the MS D365 CRM environment.
  • Expertise in defining system architecture landscapes, identifying gaps, and delivering comprehensive solutions to achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Thorough understanding of customer relationship management business processes.
  • Deep knowledge of MS D365 CRM solution architecture and enablement methodologies.
  • Ability to lead business process re-engineering and organizational change initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and results-driven.
  • Possess sound business acumen and exhibit teamwork qualities.
  • Effective prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Client-focused mindset with adept project management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in both English and Malay preferred.
