Your new role This role will provide you with the platform to: Partner with business leaders to forecast headcount needs and align hiring plans with growth targets Lead sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes for internal hires across the business Build strong talent pipelines through job boards, referrals, events, and campaigns Champion employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top destination for recruitment professionals Track and report on hiring metrics, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire across markets What you&aposll need to succeed In this role, you will need experience in the following areas: 5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within the recruitment or staffing industry Establishing credible relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert in talent acquisition Delivering the targeted objectives and effectively hitting the headcount target of the organisation Hiring the best talent through talent mapping and competitor analysis Proactively building and maintaining a pipeline of candidates Manage and develop sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, online postings, referrals, and other creative search methods Leveraging universities / relevant bodies, social media, and other recruiting resources to identify qualified candidates Subject-matter expert in direct sourcing strategies to engage, attract, and nurture passive candidates.
