Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
  • Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for all level hiring to build internal stakeholders and candidate experience.
  • Prepare and responsible for TA budget
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior roles, potential hiring and Neurodivergent hiring fulfilment
  • Oversee China and other subsidiaries hirings
  • Accountable for the efficiency of TA team to drive KPIs and result/deliverables (i.e exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring, and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction - job fit and culturally fit)
  • Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement (i.e Recruitment and pre- boarding modules, talent heat map, surveys, power BI for recruiting analytic etc)
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into our talent acquisition efforts
  • Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
  • Partnering with Employer Branding team to build relationships with key organizations, bodies, and institutes
  • Weekly, monthly, quarterly TA related report to stakeholders including Head of Division,
Requirements:
  • A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field.
  • A min. of 10 years’ experience in HR functions, preferably involving the full 360° hiring process, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Extensive experience in strategic talent acquisition within the financial services sector or high-volume environments will be considered an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
  • Decisive leader with data driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
