About the Role We are seeking a versatile HR Generalist (with a focus on recruitment) to support our dynamic workforce across CN & SEA countries, and drive HR excellence across all key functions except payroll . Key Responsibilities Recruitment (70%): Assist recruiting manager in CN candidate sourcing/screening by utilizing diverse channels other than LinkedIn (i.e. LiePin) and independently handle interview/offer negotiation/onboarding for junior-mid level roles. Assist with recruitment vendor mgmt. in CN & SEA countries. Conduct frequent research on market trends, salary benchmarks for key positions in BPO industry in various CN & SEA markets. Drive employer branding initiatives by assisting with marketing materials creation & social media HR related posting. Revamp and improve staff onboarding experience by implementing consistent/standard workflow/welcome email. Maintain recruitment tracker/database and related data reporting. Talent Development (10%): Support succession planning and performance management processes. Coordinate training programs and L&D initiatives as necessary. HR Projects (20%): Drive initiatives like engagement surveys, HR policy standardization, or other special projects as assigned by manager. Required Experience & Qualifications 2-5 years as an HR Generalist , with hands-on exposure to 2 of following in CN or SEA countries: (exclusion: payroll processing experience is not required) Recruitment Compensation & Benefits Employee Relations Talent Development / L&D HR Operations / HRIS Compliance Business Partnership: Ability to advise managers on HR policies and people strategies. Legal Knowledge: Understanding of local labor laws in CN or SEA countries and a fast learner to pick up new regulatory rules. Tools: Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., SAP, BIPO, etc.) and MS Office (esp. Excel, VBA knowledge is preferred). Languages: Fluent English and Mandarin (written/spoken). Soft Skills: Problem-solving, proactive, data-driven, and strong stakeholder management.
