We are currently seeking a HR Executive to join our team in Kuala Lumpur-someone passionate about recruitment, employee engagement, and building a thriving company culture. Responsibilities: Talent Identification: Source and identify candidates who align with our company culture and business needs. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Offer Management: Drive the offer process, including negotiations, extending offers, and securing successful hires. Onboarding & Integration: Guide new hires through our onboarding program for seamless integration into the business. Employee Engagement: Develop initiatives to enhance employee experience and foster a positive workplace culture. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Enable communication and collaboration across departments to strengthen teamwork. Culture Building: Lead programs that grow internal cohesion and reinforce our shared corporate values. Event & Outreach: Organise company events and participate in campus outreach to attract future talent. Who We're Looking For: Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Arts or Social Sciences Is just starting out or has 1-3 years of experience and is ready to grow Communicates with clarity and connects easily with people Brings curiosity, drive, and a hunger to keep learning Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to change Embraces challenges with a growth mindset and sees them as opportunities to improve What We Offer: ????
