- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for roles in Malaysia and Singapore, ensuring a seamless candidate and new hire experience.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to define role requirements and identify best-fit talent.
- Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics with HR Ops, IT, and relevant teams to ensure smooth Day 1 readiness.
- Track and report key TA metrics like Time to Hire, Time to Fill.
- Act as the primary HR contact for employees in Malaysia, managing day-to-day HR matters and ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Coordinate onboarding activities by partnering with internal stakeholders (e.g., IT, Facilities, HR Ops) to ensure a smooth start for new hires.
- Support the performance management cycle, including communications, training, tracking progress, and coaching employees and managers.
- Contribute to the development and execution of employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
- Support talent management and career development programs in partnership with regional HRBPs.
- Collaborate with HRBPs to generate and analyze reports on key HR metrics including attrition, performance, L&D, and workforce planning.
- Prepare and present HR dashboards and insights to the Board of Management and senior stakeholders as part of governance requirements.
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic HR decisions and business goals.
- Identify opportunities to streamline People & Culture processes and improve efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.
- Work collaboratively with HRBPs and cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle.
- At least 5 years’ experience in talent acquisition and/or HR Operations.
- Independent handling of end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple countries (suggesting solid TA experience).
- Exposure to core HR functions (onboarding, performance management, engagement, reporting).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self- starter with positive attitude; willingness to learn or to unlearn to learn.
- Prior experience in a start-up environment would be highly desirable.
