Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, and networking events, to identify and engage with potential candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with Wealth Mastery Academy WMA. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, providing candidates with all necessary information and ensuring a seamless interview process. Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and behavioral competencies, using structured interview techniques. Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback to both candidates and hiring managers. Negotiate job offers with selected candidates, ensuring competitive compensation packages and benefits that align with company standards. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors to support recruitment efforts. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and recommend innovative solutions to improve the recruitment process. Support the HR team with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed. Job Requirements Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Entry-level position; open to fresh graduates with a strong interest in talent acquisition. Demonstrated ability to source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events. Solid understanding of recruitment processes, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing candidate communication. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. Strong negotiation skills to effectively manage salary expectations and offer packages. Basic knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
