Job Responsibilities: Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities including an efficient sourcing and selection process from different recruitment channels. Initiate and maintain relationships with the relevant recruitment agencies, executive search companies, education establishments and other channels to ensure an on-going source of manpower supply. Work closely with Hiring Managers at various levels to gain a thorough understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements and deliver beyond expectations. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Degree in Human Resource/Psychology/Business Administration or other related disciplines. Associate: Those who possess less than 1 year of relevant experience and fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Executive: At least 1 year of working experience in Talent Acquisition. Possess good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to work independently, have good interpersonal and organizing skills. Show more Show less
