Job Responsibilities You are responsible to manage hiring requests consistently within the turnaround time from sourcing, conducting interviews with candidates, facilitate background screening requests to securing successful candidates into Etiqa. You will manage multiple stakeholders to ensure a positive experience in hiring process. You will be expected to collaborate with other functions in Human Capital division to assist with matters outside of Talent Acquisition as you are the first point of contact with employees in Etiqa. You must adhere to the relevant standard operating procedures to internal policies and regulations to ensure compliance standards in Talent Acquisition are met. Job Requirements You must have a bachelor&aposs degree in business administration or in human resource management or its equivalent. You must have at least 3 years of working experience in recruitment from the financial services industry. Having prior experience outside of the financial services industry will also be welcomed. You must have strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills to enable further success in this role.
