Position: Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager/Manager
Location: KL Eco City
Salary: Can be up to RM 7,500Job Responsibilities:- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruiting and selection requirements in order to meet hiring needs on a timely basis.
- Responsible for the complete cycle of recruitment from sourcing, job advertising, resume screening, interviewing (initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, face-to-face, online and/or group interviews to deliver headcount targets.
- Assist with recommendations to hiring manager on candidate hire, and partner with appropriate stakeholders to offer competitive compensation packages and facilitate negotiation with candidates.
- Leverage various resources - internet, community organizations, print media, formal/informal networks, colleges, trade associations - to directly and indirectly source qualified candidates.
- Participate in recruitment marketing programmes i.e. career talks and job fairs.
- Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records concerning all phases of the recruitment process, working within the potential Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools.
- Prepare recruitment reports in order to monitor and assess effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Prepare and complete the recruitment administrative functions.
- Adopting effective and innovative methods of recruitment in order to deliver headcount targets.
- Responsible for developing and applying an in-depth knowledge of the job specifications to include experience, skills, and behavioral competencies needed for success in each role.
- Promote the Company image to candidates and external service providers and ensures that the Company is represented in the most accurate and appropriate way to all candidates and personally drives the highest standards of ethical behavior for all involved in the recruiting processes.
- Maintain consistent standards for all applicants and ensure compliance with all local rules and regulations related to hiring and recruiting.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System.Job Requirements:- Minimum 3 years of experience handling full-cycle recruitment.
- Possess the accountability and personal responsibility to own and drive results.
- Proven ability to source, screen, recruit, recommend strong talent and strong relationship-builder.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverable.
- Self-starter, sense of urgency, works well under pressure, ability to work in fast pace environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech savvy.
- Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive team attitude and relationships.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
- Exhibit the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
