There will be two positions to be filled for this position. The role will be based in Selangor ( Petaling Jaya and Lembah Beringin) reporting to the Head of HR. 💼 Role: Talent Acquisition ManagerWhat You'll Do:
🎯 Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies
📊 Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and candidate pipelines
🤝 Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
🔍 Source candidates through various channels and build talent networks
📋 Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
📈 Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processesWhat We're Looking For:
✅ Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience in similar capacity.
✅ Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
✅ Experience with ATS systems and recruitment tools
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
✅ Knowledge of employment laws and best practices
