Location : Bangsar, Kuala LumpurResponsible to drive the sourcing, interviewing and hiring processes of employees, and provide advice to the employer on recruiting, interviewing and improving their brand. Making sure the recruiting strategies used are up to date and assist to implement new ones.Job Responsibility
- Manage a full cycle of recruitment activities from candidates sourcing, interviews, offer managements to on boarding arrangement
- Partner with business stakeholders to implement talent strategy and SOP's
- Partner with business teams to determine sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans
- Perform analysis and forecasting of hiring needs with department heads
- Responsible for pre-screening resumes, interviewing and scheduling interviews with Hiring Managers.
- Working closely with the Hiring Managers to help them identify the exact skills set required and to advise the best approaches to recruit for the positions.
- Monitors and maintains internal and external job postings.
- Ensure all new hires are onboarded in a professional and engaging way.
- To assist on employer branding / marketing initiatives including build up strong networking & brand presence.
- To create strong pipelines for the company’s current and future hiring needs.
- Must have min 3-5 years
- Experienced in developing and leading candidate sourcing strategies
- Ability to thrives in a face-paced technology company environment
- Comfortable working with all levels of leadership
- Able to work in team / as a team
- Candidate must possess at least
- At least 3 year(s) of recruiting experience, either from in-house or search firms/agency experiences
- Preferably candidates with Talent Acquisition in IT industry & niche skills hiring/passive candidate sourcing /lead generation in APAC.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and works well under pressure managing multiple priorities and highly adaptable to change.
