Tanggungjawab
  • Understand and resolve issues encountered during customer collaborations, provide timely support and solutions to ensure a good user experience.
  • Deeply understand customer needs, relay them to relevant departments promptly, and ensure proper implementation to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Handle urgent failure incidents, formulate response plans for clients, and coordinate with various departments to minimize the impact.
  • Regularly analyze client accounts and market data to provide valuable business and market insights.
  • Work closely with departments such as business development, product, technical, and finance to drive efficient project execution.
