  • Minimum SPM or Diploma Certificate in Administration, Education, Business, or related field.
  • Good communication skills in English (Mandarin/BM is an advantage).
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • Able to work under pressure and handle student/parent inquiries with patience.
  • Prior experience in customer service, or administration is an advantage.
ResponsibilitiesJob Roles & Responsibilities:Front Desk & Reception
  • Greet students, parents, and visitors professionally.
  • Answer phone calls, messages, and emails promptly.
  • Manage inquiries and direct them to the appropriate staff/department.
Student Support & Services
  • Assist students with registration, attendance, and class schedules.
  • Handle student requests, complaints, or feedback with care and escalate when needed.
  • Provide guidance on academy policies, procedures, and student services.
Administrative Duties
  • Maintain student records, databases, and files.
  • Support consultants in preparing enrollment documents, receipts, and reports.
  • Ensure reception and common areas are organized and presentable.
Operational & Team Support
  • Coordinate with teachers and consultants regarding classroom arrangements and student updates.
  • Assist in organizing events, orientation sessions, or student activities.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and report any issues to the supervisor.
