- Minimum SPM or Diploma Certificate in Administration, Education, Business, or related field.
- Good communication skills in English (Mandarin/BM is an advantage).
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Able to work under pressure and handle student/parent inquiries with patience.
- Prior experience in customer service, or administration is an advantage.
- Greet students, parents, and visitors professionally.
- Answer phone calls, messages, and emails promptly.
- Manage inquiries and direct them to the appropriate staff/department.
- Assist students with registration, attendance, and class schedules.
- Handle student requests, complaints, or feedback with care and escalate when needed.
- Provide guidance on academy policies, procedures, and student services.
- Maintain student records, databases, and files.
- Support consultants in preparing enrollment documents, receipts, and reports.
- Ensure reception and common areas are organized and presentable.
- Coordinate with teachers and consultants regarding classroom arrangements and student updates.
- Assist in organizing events, orientation sessions, or student activities.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and report any issues to the supervisor.
