- Spoken Cantonese is a MUST
- Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Minimum SPM or diploma
- At least 1-3 years of customer service experience is preferred
- Able to work independently
- Good attitude and team spirit
- Respond to customers and partners about: Queries and logistic arrangement, pricing, feedback and complaints via phone and online platforms.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
- Be flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs, company policies, and technological advancements in the customer service field.
- Gather customer feedback regarding products, services, and overall experience to provide insights for improving company offerings.
- Salary up to RM4,500 (including allowances)
- Not required to sell
- EPF, SOCSO and EIS provided
