  • Spoken Cantonese is a MUST
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Minimum SPM or diploma
  • At least 1-3 years of customer service experience is preferred
  • Able to work independently
  • Good attitude and team spirit
Responsibilities
  • Respond to customers and partners about: Queries and logistic arrangement, pricing, feedback and complaints via phone and online platforms.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs, company policies, and technological advancements in the customer service field.
  • Gather customer feedback regarding products, services, and overall experience to provide insights for improving company offerings.
