- Conduct outreach calls to clients and partners to gather information and provide updates.
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry into company databases and systems.
- Assist in the assignment and administration of data, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Utilize Microsoft 365 applications, including OneDrive and Microsoft Excel, for data management and collaboration.
- Collaborate with team members to improve data processes and workflows.
- Under graduate a Diploma, or a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (Minimum Bahasa Malaysia & English)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft 365 applications such as OneDrive and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to perform clerical tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmen
- Ability to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT for automating routine tasks and enhancing productivity.
