This position involves making outreach calls, performing data entry, and assisting with data assignment and administration tasks. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, possess strong communication skills, and have a keen eye for detail. You&aposll Be Responsible For Conduct outreach calls to clients and partners to gather information and provide updates. Perform accurate and efficient data entry into company databases and systems. Assist in the assignment and administration of data, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed. Utilize Microsoft 365 applications, including OneDrive and Microsoft Excel, for data management and collaboration. Collaborate with team members to improve data processes and workflows. Important To Your Success Under graduate a Diploma, or a Bachelor's Degree in any field Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (Minimum Bahasa Malaysia & English) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft 365 applications such as OneDrive and Microsoft Excel. Ability to perform clerical tasks efficiently and accurately. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmen Ability to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT for automating routine tasks and enhancing productivity.
