TanggungjawabJob Scope:The Sales Support Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing customers. This role ensures customer satisfaction by serving as the key point of contact for day-to-day account management, order follow-ups, and payment collection. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, proactive, and organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.Job Responsibilities:1. Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Serve as the main contact point for customer inquiries, product information, and issue resolution.
  • Regularly engage with customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings (if applicable) to understand their needs and provide timely support.
2. Order Management & Coordination
  • Follow up on new or repeat orders from customers and ensure timely processing with the internal Sales Admin team.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., Production, Logistics) to monitor order status and delivery schedules.
  • Keep customers updated on order status, delivery timelines, and any potential delays.
3. Payment Collection
  • Monitor account receivables and follow up with customers on outstanding or overdue payments.
  • Work closely with the Accounts department to reconcile payment issues and provide necessary documentation.
  • Escalate chronic late payments or disputes to the Sales Manager or Accounts team as required.
4. Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of all customer interactions, orders, and payment status.
  • Prepare account updates and sales activity reports for internal review.
  • Assist in forecasting customer needs based on past purchase trends and feedback.
