- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in immigration services or real estate.
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
- Familiarity with the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) program and its requirements is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (both written and verbal). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Manage and maintain administrative tasks related to MM2H applications and client documentation.
- Assist in sales activities, including client inquiries, follow-ups, and consultations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of MM2H applications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for clients and management.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the application process.
- Maintain accurate records and databases of client information and transactions.
