- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Flexible to work in 24/7 rotational shifts (5 working days, 2 days off)
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical support via phone.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Maintain and update databases while ensuring system security.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend product or service improvements.
- Provide clear, step-by-step guidance to help customers resolve technical problems efficiently.
