- Sales Pipeline Ownership: Sales Pipeline Ownership: Oversee the entire sales funnel across Malaysia, from lead qualification to deal closure, ensuring strong performance against KPIs.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Hiring & Onboarding: Recruit and train new sales hires, equipping them with the necessary product knowledge, sales processes, and CRM proficiency.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to create tools, materials, and workflows that improve efficiency and conversion rates.
- Growth Initiatives: Drive lead generation through outbound campaigns, referral programs, and strategic local partnerships.
- Customer Engagement: Provide hands-on support during key stages of the sales process customer calls, site visits, and documentation to close high-value deals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Align with regional and functional teams to ensure consistent strategy, messaging, and scalable operations.
- 4-6 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles with at least 2 years of experience leading high-performing, target-driven sales teams
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Hands-on experience managing a sales pipeline or contributing to a P&L
- Preferably experienced in fast-paced, high-growth startups or tech enabled businesses.
- Industry exposure in consumer services, financial services, real estate, or renewable energy is a plus
- Strong leadership and coaching ability to train, motivate, and scale a team
- Results-driven, proactive, and highly motivated with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent communicator who enjoys engaging with homeowners and solving real-world problems.
- Familiar with CRM tools and sales reporting
- Flexible to work non-standard hours or travel for customer site visits
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu, both written and spoken
- Adaptable and quick to learn in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
