- Oversee GIT repositories for effective code management and seamless team collaboration
- Proactively track the health and performance of marketing platforms to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency
- Interpret marketing needs and translate them into tailored, effective solutions
- Manage and supervise deployments, ensuring they meet marketing goals and adhere to best practices
- Perform thorough testing to guarantee functionality, security, and user-friendly experiences
- Implement and operate integrations that streamline and enhance marketing workflows
- Maintain accurate and consistent metadata to preserve data quality across platforms
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Min. 5 years' experience as a Salesforce DevOps Engineer, Salesforce Consultant, or Software Developer with Salesforce expertise
- Min. 3 years' hands-on experience with Sales Cloud
- Proficiency in AMPscript & SSJS, SQL, HTML/CSS & JavaScript, API Integration
- Proficient across SFMC Studios & Builders (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Cloud Pages, etc.)
- Strong data management skills, including audience segmentation and contact builder usage
- Proficient in Google Analytics for performance tracking and insights
- Cross-channel testing to ensure consistent branding and messaging
- Strong campaign planning aligned with business goals
- Understanding of UX principles for engaging content
- Data-driven reporting and insight generation to guide strategy
