- Manage the full spectrum of the Accounts Receivable process including billing, cash application, credit control, and collections.
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of incoming payments and resolve discrepancies in a proactive manner.
- Perform customer account reconciliations and monitor aged receivables to reduce DSO and improve cash flow.
- Handle customer claims processing - assess validity, clear credit memos where justified, or escalate with commercial teams for resolution.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Commercial) to manage credit limits, order release, and payment disputes.
- Monitor and enforce customer trading terms, including timely issuance of invoices and follow-up on outstanding balances.
- Maintain and update customer master data, credit terms, and repayment schedules.
- Support month-end close processes, including accruals, cash forecasting, and financial reporting related to receivables.
- Ensure adherence to internal control standards and participate in audits, compliance checks, and finance transformation initiatives.
- Minimum requirement Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business or any equivalent
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant Accounts Receivable experience.
- Able to self-motivate and work independently in a fast paced MNC environment.
- SAP, Oracle or relevant ERP knowledge is highly advantageous
- Shared Services Background / International MNC with regional exposure is prioritized.
- Ability to communicate well in English is a must.
