- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of promotional activities and product launches.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and address challenges.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and secure long-term partnerships.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the sales team to align account strategies with overall business goals.
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management within the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build lasting relationships (proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage).
