Reporting to: Senior Key Account Manager Location: Kuala Lumpur Join a global leader in the beauty industry, renowned for its innovative and trusted brands with over decades in the market. the role Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth, achieve ambitious targets, and strengthen relationships with key retail pharmacy chains (Watsons, etc.). Take ownership of the commercial relationship, managing trade budgets, negotiating trading terms, and planning targeted promotional campaigns to maximize ROI. Collaborate closely with internal brand, trade marketing, and operations teams to ensure flawless in-store execution and implementation of customer-specific strategies. Conduct regular business reviews with key partners, utilizing in-depth data analysis to provide insights on performance, product launches, and market trends. the experience Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years in key account management. Chain pharmacy experience is desirable, other Modern Trade can be considered. Experience in the beauty industry covering skincare/personal care/cosmetics is an added bonus. Independent and data-driven individual with strong communication skills.
