Project Executive（项目特助）

• Minimum 2 years' experience in advertising, marketing, or project coordination (agency experience preferred).
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English with strong communication and cross-department coordination skills.
• Highly responsible, with strong execution skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Background in internet, technology, or digital marketing industries is an advantage.
• 至少 2 年广告、市场或项目协调相关经验（有代理公司背景者优先）。
• 精通中英文，具备优秀的沟通能力及跨部门协调能力。
• 责任心强，执行力高，能在高压环境下保持高效。
• 出色的时间管理与问题解决能力。

• Serve as the communication bridge between the CEO and the operations centre, translating business needs into actionable tasks.
• Assist in developing project timelines, allocating resources, and tracking multiple marketing activities.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with all departments.
• Monitor project budgets, progress, and deliverables to ensure targets are met.
• Support the AE team in daily project execution to improve service quality and efficiency.

• 协助制定时间表，分配资源，并跟进多个营销活动的进度。
