Job Objective : Process claims file and resolve it in a &aposFirm but Fair' manner and support the team in deliver the best claims. Job Responsibilities: Analyze claims with regards to liability and quantum before settlement. Negotiates, settles and/or resolves claims while delivering best in class customer services. Provides prompt, detailed responses to claimants on the status of claims. Approve/recommend/verify claims within approval authority limit. Vigilance fraudulent claims and fraud claim checklist is filled up for all bodily injury claims. File review. Tracking out of court files for out of court team. Fasten the turn-around-time for out of court files. Business Operations Ensure effective and efficient administration of day-to-day business operations in line with SOP across all support. Compliance Ensure consistency with enterprise risk management guidelines. Ensure compliance with regulations and laws. Ensure good corporate governance is practiced and are being exercised by the department. Job Requirement : Degree / Professional Qualifications or equivalent. Minimum 3 year working experience in Bodily Injury. Good negotiation and persuasion skills. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Team player. Self-motivated. Show more Show less
