Job Purpose Lockton is looking for an experienced Senior Claims Executive to provide quality claim service to clients and ensure smooth operation of the consulting department with respect to general insurance claims in accordance to Group Policies & Standards of Service. This role acts as a key liaison between clients, insurers, and other stakeholders, delivering high-quality service and technical expertise to safeguard client interests. Key Tasks & Duties and Measurements Claims registration, claims processing, data entry and claims documentation etc. Prepare claims summaries, progress reports, and management reports for internal and external stakeholders. Responsibility for the administration of general insurance claims and associated queries Ensuring complete and sound claim settlements, legal reviews and investigations in accordance with company policies and procedures Review claim documents and assess coverage under applicable insurance policies. Maintaining current knowledge with regard to industry compliance and claims regulations. Assist to clear legacy files. Ad-hoc tasks as relevant. Adhere to Group Policies & Standards of Service. Qualification and Experience At least 2 years+ of commercial/personal lines and retail claims experience in the general insurance industries, preferably in a Broking environment. Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent. Competencies Self-starter, ability to work in complete autonomy.
