- Good communication skills in English & Mandarin. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia is a bonus.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in HR management (luxury hospitality, private clubs, or premium service industries preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, payroll processes, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with discretion for confidential information.

- Develop and deliver training modules, especially for customer service and operational excellence.
- Process monthly payroll and staff claims accurately, ensuring compliance with EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.
- Maintain transparent records and reporting.
- Assist department heads with staff performance appraisals.
- Develop initiatives to improve staff engagement and retention.
- Operational Support:
- Handle administrative tasks like scheduling, document management, and correspondence.
- Ensure adherence to Malaysian labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare periodic HR and admin reports for management.
- Build and lead a small HR & admin team after launch.
- Streamline HR processes with a focus on automation and best practices.
- Support management in creating a positive workplace culture aligned with the club's brand identity.
