Location: TPMJob Scope * Communicate with business units in business requirements gathering and analysis, preparing system documentation.
- Communicate with technical team on business requirements and tackle technical issues.
- Perform system QA testing and monitor testing timeline and quality.
- Create reports and user guides.
- Support daily system batch processing.
- Post system helpdesk support.
- Understand system QA cycle and process. Have hands on experience in system testing.
- Database SQL knowledge.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to communicate at all levels.
- Must be able to speak and write in English.
- Degree/Diploma in IT related fields.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in system QA/support.
