- Support the implementation of tracking solutions via Google Tag Manager
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate data layer configurations
- Work closely with the Digital Experience Analytics team and other digital stakeholders to gather tracking requirements
- Perform testing to validate tag accuracy and overall performance
- Continuously monitor and fine-tune tag configurations for efficiency
- Contribute to maintaining clear documentation of tracking setups
- Stay current with the latest GTM capabilities and digital analytics practices
- Engage in training and professional development opportunities
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- > 4 years' hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager or similar tools
- Proficiency in GTM and digital tracking concepts
- Effective communication skills, particularly when working with technical teams
- Well-organized, proactive, and thorough in documenting work
- Exposure to GA4, Amplitude, or other analytics platforms
- Familiarity with SQL or BigQuery
- An estimated salary range of MYR 108000 to MYR 144000 annually
