- Conduct In-Depth Research: You will lead both qualitative and quantitative research, including surveys, interviews, and field visits, to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies.
- Analyze data and Reporting: You will analyze research data to identify new opportunities, potential risks, and compelling product propositions. You will then transform this data into clear, high-impact reports and presentations, including designing PowerBI dashboards to influence strategic decision-making.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: You will play a crucial role in defining and executing our go-to-market plans by identifying target customer segments, recommending pricing strategies, and proposing new markets for expansion. You will also collaborate with R&D and Brand Marketing to develop and launch new products.
- Stakeholder Management: You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership teams, presenting your findings and recommendations to guide their decisions. You will also help build an insights-driven culture by training internal teams on how to effectively use customer data in their planning.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in market research and data analysis within the FMCG industry.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools and analytical software eg. Power BI, Tableu, Nielsen, Kantar.
- An ability to interpret complex data and present it in an understandable format.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams.
