We're looking for someone with a passion for cars and customer service to help us convert interest into sales and grow our retail presence. Job Scope: 1. Attend to customer inquiries from online platforms (e.g. WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) 2. Handle walk-in customers and scheduled appointments at our Rawang showroom. 3. Manage e-commerce orders and fulfilment process. 4. Upsell accessories and guide customers on product compatibility. 5. Provide customer service and follow-up support. Requirements: 1. Min. 1 year experience in sales, retail or e-commerce. (Fresh grads with strong portfolios are welcome to apply!) 2. Knowledge of 4x4 or automotive aftermarket products is an advantage. 3. Friendly, organised and customer-focused. 4. Based in Rawang or able to commute.
