- Computer literate - will be required to ensure all retail sales data are up to date and assist in all administration duties.
- Welcome and greet customers
- Tracking of customer items from sales order to collection of items
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Ascertain customers' needs and wants to recommending items that match customer needs
- To be able to measure shirt, pants and suit measurements on customers.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Keep up to date with product information
- Accurately describe product features and benefits
- Follow all companies policies and procedures
