- Proactively identifying opportunities for account growth and taking the initiative to respond to market developments.
- Engage in account planning and development.
- Direct Sales Consultant (Promoter) dedicated to driving growth objectives through motivation, coaching, and strategic planning.
- Forecast, track, and achieve assigned sales objectives based on Account and Product Category.
- Suggest corrective actions to superiors as needed and promptly implement measures to address any sales gaps.
- Drive sell-through to support sustainable long-term business growth.
- Manage customers' inventory to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent missed sales opportunities.
- Oversee customers' inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and maximize sales opportunities.
- Build strong business relationships with stakeholders of assigned accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews; quarterly, mid-year, and annual – to assess progress and discuss necessary corrective actions.
- Ensure all Key Account promotion proposals are reviewed and submitted to the Sales Manager for vetting and approval.
- Ensure promotional investments are optimized for maximum return on investment.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to recommend changes based on post-evaluation of promotions and activities.
- Responsible for Accounts Receivable and promptly recommending appropriate actions for management.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Relevant professional qualifications will be a plus.
- A minimum of 4 years of sales experience with knowledge of Key Account operations.
- General business skills, including proficiency in computer use and reporting.
- Strong selling and influencing skills, along with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Having industry and product would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese.
- Professional appearance.
- The ability to negotiate professionally with decision-makers at all levels of an organization.
- Building partnerships and networking.
- Motivated to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Frequent travel and overnight stays are required.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
