We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Senior Sales executive/ Sales Manager to lead and develop our gifting, corporate hampers, and duty-free sales channels. The Ideal Candidate will have a strong background in B2B and B2C sales, luxury/high-end gifting, or FMCG, with a proven ability to build relationships with corporate clients, distributor and duty-free operators. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in corporate gifiting, luxury hampers, and duty-free markets. Identify and onboard new clients. Manage end-to-end sales cycles- from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals. Collaborate with marketing to create compelling promotional campaigns for gifting seasons. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to refine offerings. Achieve and exceed monthly /quarterly sales targets. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline. Minimum 4-6 years' experience in FMCG, HORECA or Retail sectors. Strong knowledge of gifting channel and opportunities in Malaysia Experienced in promotion execution Good interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Independent, proactive, and result oriented. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Must possess own transport and able to travel frequently, willing to travel outstation.
