Job Purpose Responsible to provide secretarial and administrative support functions for smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of Chief Executive Officer, PRIDE whilst maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentially. Key Accountabilities Manage schedules and daily admin tasks for senior leaders, ensuring deadlines and confidential support. Serve as primary contact for CEO's administrative matters and sensitive communications. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, reports, and presentations. Organize and maintain filing systems for easy access and reporting. Facilitate clear communication within and outside the department. Provide general administrative support, including typing, transcription, and mail handling Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Science, Office Management, or Business Administration, with a minimum of two years' relevant work experience.
