Overview The Secretary cum Personal Assistant to HOD plays a key role in providing administrative support to the Senior Audit Partner's daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of assisting C-suite executives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and will possess outstanding communication, organisational, and time management skills. Key responsibilities Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Head of Audit, which includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking accurate minutes, and coordinating travel and logistics Prepare, manage, and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with accuracy and timeliness Maintain strict confidential matters with the utmost tact, discretion, and professionalism Act as a liaison between the Head of Audit and internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication at all times Undertake ad-hoc assignments and provide general support to management as required Education and professional skills / knowledge Experience & Education: Preferably candidates with Certificate/Diploma in relevant field or equivalent Minimum 3 years of working experience in secretarial and office administration, preferably supporting senior management Prior experience in a professional services or corporate environment will be an added advantage Other skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office applications Strong command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines Tactful, responsible, and mature, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Thank you for your application.
