SalaryRM2500-2900Job Description1) Administrative & Secretarial Support
  • Assist in managing daily clerical and secretarial tasks.
  • Answer and screen phone calls, take accurate messages, and relay them promptly.
  • Draft and type letters, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Perform general office tasks including photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
2) Office Operations Support
  • Provide efficient administrative services to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Manage document control and file management systems.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors as needed.
  • Keep accurate records and perform basic data checking and verification.
3) Schedule and Deadline Management
  • Monitor schedules and deadlines, and proactively remind the Director of upcoming commitments
  • Assist in ensuring company compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communication as needed.
Job Requirement
  • Mature and Resourceful - Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Diploma in Secretarial Studies preferred. Candidates with good SPM results and at least 3 years of relevant administrative experience will also be considered.
  • Hardworking, reliable, and demonstrates a positive attitude.
  • Capable of working well under pressure and collaborating with others.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Displays initiative and willingness to learn and grow with the role
