Responsibilities: Under moderate direction, effectively support the management of integrated marketing campaigns and execution of strategies. Responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned accounts and relationship building. Work within significant limits and authority on assignments of higher complexity and coordination. Partnership with existing clients and extension of client base to agreed Client Partnering strategy. Best in class client relationship building, proactive, 'can do' attitude and seamless implementation. Take responsibility for development, delivery and evaluation of projects working in conjunction with all functions. Establish alternatives for brand/MKT communication and advertising strategy. Responsibility for key process improvement projects as agreed with Account Director (e.g. Creative briefing process, financial tracking etc). Ensure account and project management are continually aligned. Provide timely and consistent communication to account director and team about project status, profitability and people. Develop strong relationships with all other parts of the business and raise profile within the agency. Provide team with broader industry knowledge and specialism. Collaborative partnerships with Project management team. Identify continuously client's needs and establish/present initial strategy alternatives accordingly. Carry out shared values faithfully and play as a role model for junior members. Present clear instructions, guidelines and prompt review to junior members. Develop new clients and competition PT; support to create opportunity for competition PT. Charge of financial performance (P&L target) management; in charge of managing client's billing and profit targets, and closely observe client's financial security and report results. Active participation in monthly team finance meetings in partnership with budget controller. To assist in other accounts related matters instructed by your immediate superior. To assist Company in any ad-hoc matters from time to time. Qualifications: A diploma/Bachelor&aposs degree in Advertising/Communications Strong project management skills and keen understanding of creative development process and budget control Have relevant experience in managing campaigns in an integrated agency environment handling advertising/branding Proven track record in growing accounts, winning new business/pitches Strong understanding of how mobile is affecting the retail space and overall consumer journey Experience in consumer electronics/FMCG retail projects will be an added advantage Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communications skills in English Dedication to clients and team colleagues Ability to produce under pressure and management of timelines and production Experience working in an integrated agency environment To attend overseas business trip (eg. meetings/workshop/conference etc.) Show more Show less
