Role: The Account Director is a crucial role that will enable us to deliver world-class client experiences, shape marketing and advertising strategies, and lead our account management team to drive growth and retention. Oversee account processes, ensuring systems (e.g., reporting, campaign milestones, invoicing) are followed accurately. Collaborate with leadership on process improvements, team resourcing, and strategic planning. Provide feedback and counsel to account managers to elevate performance standards. Actively contribute to knowledge-sharing, training initiatives, and development of best practices. Results: Deliver strong client satisfaction and retention outcomes. Drive client growth by increasing lifetime value through upselling and cross-selling. Ensure campaigns are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.
