- Understands and drives the strategic vision of the brand (alongside the planners).
- Brand activation experience - as a conductor in managing various expert partners such as digital, social, PR, media, events. Be in the pitch with the creative team, to ensure a powerful, robust creative idea.
- Supports the team by handling multiple briefs at any one time and leads the smooth delivery of each
- Ensures projects follow the overall strategic direction of the brand.
- Directs the team and other departments on projects, strictly adhering internal and client's processes while leading project delivery.
- Controls and leads projects with financial targets in mind.
- To engage with Business Heads on initiatives to further unlock client's business.
- To direct team members to ensure that all requirements are being met in terms of overall project delivery.
- To supervise and manage the delivery of the work from the account group.
- To think ahead and pro-actively plan out and assign workload on the business.
- To be the client's trusted partner by providing sound brand and business consultation. Taking a lead in clients' marketing and advertising strategies.
- To develop, grow and nurture junior clients.
- Constant sharing best practise with clients.
- Solid integrated campaign experience
- An experienced Individual in a lead agency position working with multiple expert partners, or client with in-depth brand activation experience - to manage various expert partners such as digital, social, PR, media, events, 1-2-1, CRM. In short, Has Online to Offline activation experience.
- Ability to put together presentations and has the confidence to present to head of marketing.
- Soundboard and advisor to the clients.
- A mentor to the team.
- Knowledgeable on 360 communications and actively pursues digital opportunities.
- Commercially savvy and looks for growth opportunities.
