Prepare sales and service quotations for related products and services
Enter sales and service orders into SAP business systems
Monitor sales and service orders/expedite parts
Digitize documents to the server, i.e test results, project files etc
Assist in making GPN/ BOM creation requests via iProject, ECN, LPG, Kselect, etc
Prepare shipping documentation and liaise with internal departments related to invoicing
Maintain excellent service and build good rapport with customers (inter-company & external)
Provide technical support for the product marketing & training functions
Perform other related technical support functions as assigned from time to time
